Booking Terms & Policies

Please read these terms before booking an appointment with Ilios. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Booking Terms & Policies.
Appointments
All Ilios treatments are available by appointment.
When making a booking, please provide accurate and up-to-date information, particularly regarding your health, skin and any circumstances that may affect your treatment.
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive on time so that you can enjoy the full treatment experience.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or appointments that are missed without notice, may incur a charge of 100% of the treatment price.
Where possible, Ilios will always try to accommodate changes to appointments.
Deposits & Payment
Where a deposit is required, your appointment is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Deposits are non-refundable where the cancellation policy has been breached. Where sufficient notice is given, a deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment at the discretion of Ilios.
Payment for treatments is due at the time of booking or immediately following the treatment, depending on the booking arrangement.
Payments may be made using the payment methods offered by Ilios, including card payment and PayPal.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the following client. The full treatment price will still apply.
If you arrive significantly late, Ilios reserves the right to treat the appointment as a cancellation.
Consultation & Health Information
Before treatment, you will be asked to complete a consultation form.
Please disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, skin conditions, recent procedures, injuries, pregnancy or other circumstances that may affect the suitability or safety of your treatment.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
Your treatment may be adapted, postponed or declined if it is considered unsuitable or contraindicated.
Skin Treatments & Patch Testing
Some treatments, products or active ingredients may require a patch test before treatment.
Where a patch test is required, it must be completed within the recommended timeframe before your appointment.
If a reaction occurs, or if your skin is considered unsuitable for treatment on the day, Ilios may adapt or postpone the treatment.
Treatment Consent
Before your treatment, you will have the opportunity to discuss your treatment, any concerns and your desired outcome.
By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that you understand the treatment being provided and consent to it being carried out.
Individual results vary and no specific result can be guaranteed.
Right to Adapt or Decline Treatment
Your wellbeing and safety are the priority.
Ilios reserves the right to refuse, postpone or adapt a treatment where there is a contraindication, active skin condition, illness, recent procedure or other circumstance that may make treatment unsuitable.
Where appropriate, an alternative treatment or future appointment may be recommended.
Aftercare
Personalised aftercare advice may be provided following your treatment.
Following your aftercare advice will help support the benefits of your treatment and minimise the risk of irritation or discomfort.

Personal Belongings
Please keep valuables and personal belongings with you during your appointment where possible.
Ilios cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to your appointment.
Age Requirement
Ilios treatments are available to clients aged 18 years and over.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Ilios Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms
Ilios reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. The current version will be available on the Ilios website.
